This Comfort Cottage at Pinnocks Farm, has full-length glazing along the entire length of the front wall that overlooks your own fully enclosed private garden. A garden that benefits from it’s own patio area complete with a picturesque shallow stream running alongside before it disappears by the ford under the pretty and very private Cotswold stone bridge. Only 8 minutes drive from the famous Market town of Witney, home of the world famous Witney blanket.
The River Thames itself is less than 1 mile away, offering flat riverside walks, boat hire at the nearby Newbridge Inn with several other good country pubs in both Northmoor and Standlake villages and along the river banks.
Dogs are welcomed at this Comfort Cottage. They can enjoy a day out with you and your family exploring the magnificent local countryside. An easy drive will take you to the Ridgeway, an old droving road which runs past the ancient "Uffington White Horse" a lovely walk for all the family. Or, if you prefer, leave your dog behind, as day kenneling is also available, if required.
The village shop is just under 1 mile away, whilst the nearest pub is just a half mile stroll up the quiet country lane, their restaurant provides an excellent midweek two course roast lunch for £5.25.
